What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number and, if you write to us by e-mail, your e-mail address, together with the service you want and your preferred time.

If you tell us about a condition or contraindication, we note only what is needed for the safety of the session and only in connection with that appointment.

When you visit the website: ordinary technical data — IP address, device and browser type, pages visited.

We do not collect banking data. Payments are made on site and we do not store card numbers.

Why we use it

To confirm and prepare your booking, to contact you if something changes, and to make sure the session is suitable and safe for you.

To answer the questions you send us and to keep records of services provided, as the law requires.

We send offers or news only if you have explicitly asked for them. You can change your mind at any time with a single message.

Legal basis

We process your data to deliver the service you requested, to meet our legal obligations and, for marketing messages, on the basis of your consent.

We comply with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Moldova. For visitors from the European Union we also apply the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who sees your data

We never sell or rent your data.

It is seen only by our staff who need it to serve you, and by the providers who keep our website and messaging running, strictly for that purpose.

We disclose it to authorities only where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept while you are our client and for two years after your last visit, so we can pick up your history if you return.

Accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

Data used for marketing is deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected if wrong, to ask for its deletion, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw your consent to communications at any time.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova.

Cookies

The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work and, if you accept them, analytics cookies that show us which pages are visited — in aggregate, without identifying you.
