Who we are

TerraLux SPA is a wellness centre in the historic centre of Chișinău, part of TerraLux Group. We offer professional massage, Turkish hammam rituals and Finnish sauna.

Bookings

All sessions are by prior appointment only. You can book by phone, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or through the form on this website.

A request sent through the form is not yet a confirmed booking. It becomes firm only after we contact you and confirm the exact time and the service.

Massage hours are daily from 10:00 to 22:00. The sauna and hammam are available around the clock, strictly by prior appointment.

Cancellations, late arrivals and rescheduling

If you cannot make it, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling is free and we will offer you the first suitable slot.

In case of a no-show or a late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

Your session is reserved for you alone and your therapist is waiting. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened by the delay so that guests booked after you are not affected, and the price remains that of the booked service.

We may need to reschedule for reasons beyond our control — therapist unavailability, technical faults, utility outages. In such cases we will tell you as early as possible and offer another time or a full refund.

Refunds

Our services are personalised and delivered on site, so they cannot be returned. Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases, at the discretion of TerraLux SPA — for example when a session could not take place through our fault.

Prices and payment

Current prices are those shown on the pricing page of this website. The price that applies is the one confirmed with your booking.

Payment is made on site, in cash or by card (Visa, Mastercard). For some services or group bookings we may ask for advance confirmation.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be used for any service we offer, up to the value stated on the card.

A card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise on it. It may be used by someone other than the buyer.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not refundable. If the chosen service costs more than the card value, the difference is paid on site.

Health and contraindications

Massage, sauna and hammam have contraindications. Please tell us before your session if you have cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, varicose veins, skin conditions, if you are pregnant, if you have had recent surgery or if you are under medical treatment.

Please also tell us about allergies or sensitivities to oils, creams or other cosmetic products. We cannot accept responsibility for reactions to products used during the session if we were not informed in advance.

Our staff are therapists, not physicians. Our services are for relaxation and care; they are not medical treatment and do not replace seeing a doctor.

We may decline or stop a session if a guest's visible condition requires it, including when under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs and graphic materials on this website belong to TerraLux SPA and are protected by copyright law. They may not be used without our written consent.

House rules

Please respect other guests' quiet and follow staff instructions on hygiene and the use of wet areas.

Photography and filming in relaxation areas are allowed only with staff approval and only if no other guests appear in the frame.

Minors are admitted only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and only for age-appropriate services.

Personal belongings

We provide storage for your belongings during the session. We recommend not bringing valuables; we accept no liability for items left unattended in common areas.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The version published here, dated below, is the one in force. Bookings already confirmed remain subject to the terms valid at the time of confirmation.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. We first seek to resolve any disagreement amicably.
